Counselling
Julia Graham Person Centred Counsellor
If you are going through a particularly tough time in your life for whatever reason, or have memories of difficult past experiences still effecting you now, then counselling may be for you. Given the time and space to work through these issues in a safe non-judgemental and confidential environment can in turn bring about powerful healing and inner peace.
I have a life-long history working in social care, and served as a social worker in Coventry for many years, during which time I worked with homeless young people and families as well as working as a hospital social worker.
I qualified as a counsellor in 2003, having gained experience working in NHS psychological services; counselling young homeless people and as a schools counsellor. More recently I have worked as a counsellor at Coventry Carers Trust.
In 2004 I trained and specialised as a social worker in mental health and psychiatry serving people of all ages who suffer from varying types of severe mental disorder including depression.
