All Are One Therapies

The name 'All Are One Therapies' is inspired by the understanding that we are all connected. We are all essentially 'spirits' even though each of us has our own individual body and our own individual experience.
In terms of the soul,
We are all made from the same stuff,
We are all coming from the same place
We are all heading to the same place.
We each choose a wealth of different experiences in our lifetime to allow us to grow spiritually.
These experiences enable our soul to gain maturity and move on in the direction it chooses.
This being the case when a person causes hurt or damage to another person then the damage has actually been caused to themself. On the other hand if that person helps or inspires another person then that effect would also reflect on themself. This is seen as an aspect of karma.
Another aspect of karma is that the soul chooses its own lifetime in order to gain specific experiences to fulfil its own need for growth. Free will often determines how much we gain from these experiences
The Regression Story
Although I have long held an interest in Past Life Regression, I was always sceptical about its therapeutic qualities. Then whilst working as a Hypnotherapist, I began to discover for myself just how powerful it could be through my work with clients. I realised that I was being drawn more and more strongly to regressing clients to help them deal with current life issues. So having found the best and most comprehensive training available as a Regression Therapist, I am now specialising in this powerful emerging therapy offering skills and techniques that can only be employed by those undergoing this high level of training.
I have now become even more aware of the difference that this therapy has made for many people suffering from a wide variety of issues.Regression Therapy offers clients opportunities to gain a new perspective on their life and can facilitate healing at a 'soul level.
